1. Introduction

These terms apply to your use of the websites and services of Global CCTV Monitoring Services (GCCTVMS). Please read them carefully.

2. About GCCTVMS

GCCTVMS was founded in 2019 by Najmul Hasan Sayed. We provide remote CCTV monitoring and related security monitoring services for businesses, properties, organisations and communities, and we serve clients in several countries.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our websites or services, you agree to these terms. You must comply with applicable laws and use our services lawfully. We may update these terms from time to time.

4. Our Services

Our services include 24/7 live CCTV monitoring, remote CCTV monitoring using your existing camera systems, virtual doorman services, AI surveillance technology, incident reporting, fire and safety monitoring and two-way audio surveillance. Which services are available, and in which countries, depends on your agreement with us.

5. Your Responsibilities

If you are a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Use our services only for lawful and authorised purposes
  • Protect your login credentials
  • Tell us promptly about any suspicious activity on your account

6. Data Protection and Security

We take steps to protect camera footage, access logs and client information, including encryption, restricted access and audits, and we work with technology partners including Learn CCTV, Webeye and Eagle Eye. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

7. Payment and Billing

Clients pay according to the package they select. Payments must be made on time. We may suspend services if payment obligations are not met. Refunds may be available in special circumstances, as set out in individual agreements.

8. Limitation of Liability

We cannot guarantee that all incidents will be prevented. Some things are outside our control, including criminal activity, problems with third-party networks or equipment, and force majeure events.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end services if you breach these terms, fail to meet your payment obligations, or use our services unlawfully.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms and will publish changes on our website.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the services are received, together with relevant local privacy and surveillance requirements.
